About the developer

Tan & Tan Developments Berhad (“Tan & Tan”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGB Corporation Berhad (a main board-listed company on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad), and Mitsubishi Jisho Residence Co. Ltd (“MJR”) of Japan jointly developed Stonor 3.
